Instructor Dawnette Darden was an aerobic manager for the Bally Total Fitness Corp for 16 years. She is AFAA (American Fitness Aerobic Association) and CPR certified.

Her Boot Camp specializes in

  • Yoga
  • Spin
  • Pilates
  • Step
  • BOSU
  • Resist -a-Ball
  • Kickboxing
  • Old School Aerobics Workouts.

She will work with your mind, body and spirit, because Dawnette believes all three make one whole entity.

We are excited that Dawnette will be bringing her awesome training regimen to BCBA. So if you're ready, she's ready to give 100% to your goal and lifestyle changes!

Dawnette also teaches privately for those students who want to take their workouts to the next level.
