BCBA
is a nonprofit organization (Community Boxing Center Inc.) devoted
to doing good works in the community in which we operate.
BCBA
is committed to working in partnership with our community in a
courteous and respectful manner and in harmony with the lives,
property and quality of life of others.
Though we
are a private center, first and foremost BCBA is a youth
gym. Our boxing, Judo and Self Defense programs are intended to
add structure, discipline and positive self-esteem to all who
participate in them.
BCBA
has a computer-learning center on the premises. In addition to
the state-of-the-art computer courses we will offer our D.R.I.F.T.
Program Graduates (video editing, website design, A+ Certification),
we are excited that BCBA will be able to provide after
school tutoring including Graduate Equivalency Diploma (GED) assistance.
As part of
our commitment to serving our community, BCBA will make
its space available to fellow community leaders and their outreach
programs provided their programs are designed to educate, motivate
or inspire.

Our mission at BCBA is simple; serve our community with
a facility that is safe, clean and provides a positive environment
where young people can come and feel a sense of belonging.
We will offer
well-rounded programs designed to help young people meet the challenges
that lie ahead in their lives so they won't feel the need to turn
to crime, drugs or gang involvement.
We will become
known as a full-fledged community center where people can train
to stay in shape and benefit from programs designed to educate,
motivate and inspire!

Our challenge is to convince local residents, community leaders,
business owners and politicians of the importance of having a
center like BCBA in their community.
Their challenge
will be to step up, lend their time and/or financial support so
BCBA can grow and continue to do good works in our community.

Our vision for BCBA is that it becomes a beacon, a light
that will lead others to see the benefit of having a center like
BCBA in their own community. We want BCBA to become
a model that wil encourage others to help us grow and create additional
centers, one community at a time.
"We
have no government armed in power capable of contending with
human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Our Constitution
was made only for a religious and moral people. It is wholly
inadequate for the government of any other."
