is required. This program is perfect for men, women and kids.
All
students will learn proper stance, hand wrapping and striking
techniques along with a custom workout plan tailored to meet your
specific goals!
Private
1-on-1 lessons consist of a power hour workout routine that includes:
cardio work, stretching, 3 to 5 rounds of punch mitt drills, heavy
bag work, speed bag work, abdominal work and strength work!

those Amateur Boxers more serious about their training, BCBA can
help you refine your skills and raise your game! Our boxing method
breaks offense and defense into a rapid-fire 6-point system that
is easy to learn and effective when followed.
