Click HereIn our effort to serve our community BCBA teaches D.R.I.F.T. This program is designed to help kids turn away from crime, drugs and gang involvement by encouraging them to D.R.I.F.T. towards success!

The basis of this program is character building. D.R.I.F.T. through the sport of boxing teaches the natural virtues of Devotion, Respect, Integrity, Fairness and Temperance!

This boxing program challenges a student’s physical limits as well. It is designed to help improve cardiovascular strength, emotional steadiness and self-confidence while teaching the importance of being able to defend one’s self.

This program is provided FREE to local area youth aged 10 through 15. BCBA operates it's D.R.I.F.T. program on Saturday from 11:00am to 1:00pm. During these hours we close our gym to members so our youth receive our undivided attention.

The RED Program is designed for beginners. It introduces kids to the basics of boxing. Proper foot stance & hand position is stressed. Workouts consist of drills designed to increase balance and coordination along with slow and proper punching drills & light cardio work.

6 Week Program
Satudays 11am - 1pm

The WHITE Program is designed for intermediate kids. Here we begin to integrate more cardiovascular work into their training. The emphasis here is conditioning! In addition, speed and heavy bag work is integrated into the workouts.

Saturdays 11am - 1pm

The BLUE Program is an advanced program. Upon learning the basics and getting in shape, students are introduced to team competitions, outside activities (field trips) and full use of our facility. "Get to BLUE & BCBA will make a CHAMP out of you!"

Now you too can get into fighting shape! No prior boxing experience is required. This program is perfect for men, women and kids.

All students will learn proper stance, hand wrapping and striking techniques along with a custom workout plan tailored to meet your specific goals!

Private 1-on-1 lessons consist of a power hour workout routine that includes: cardio work, stretching, 3 to 5 rounds of punch mitt drills, heavy bag work, speed bag work, abdominal work and strength work!

For those Amateur Boxers more serious about their training, BCBA can help you refine your skills and raise your game! Our boxing method breaks offense and defense into a rapid-fire 6-point system that is easy to learn and effective when followed.

Amateur Boxing is no longer about punching power; it's about accurate punching skills and a solid defense!

Our system focuses on these important factors, increasing your chances of winning your amateur boxing matches by scoring more points!

This system is coupled with an effective conditioning plan designed to get your body into fighting shape!
