Click HereThis program is designed to help kids turn away from crime, drugs and gang involvement by encouraging them to D.R.I.F.T. towards success! The basis of this program is character building.

Through the sport of amateur boxing D.R.I.F.T. teaches the natural virtues of Devotion, Respect, Integrity, Fairness and Temperance!

Amateur boxing helps combat childhood obesity by promoting physical fitness, emotional steadiness and self-confidence. In addition, this program teaches young people the importance of being self reliant so they can go on to become Champions in Life!

Our D.R.I.F.T. program is broken into 3 phases: RED, WHITE & BLUE. The first two phases of D.R.I.F.T. are run consecutively over a 7-week period. The RED & WHITE phases are comprised of 14 sessions, 2 classes per week during the 7-week period (Tue & Thur 4pm - 5pm | and 5pm - 6pm). Each 14 lesson session is limited to only 10 students. This insures students get the quality instruction they need and the attention they deserve.

This program is provided to all local youth aged 10 through 16 and includes a FREE gym membership until student turns 18 (insurance/gear fee applies).

The RED Phase is designed for beginners. It introduces kids to the basics of boxing. Proper foot stance & hand position is stressed. Workouts consist of drills designed to increase balance and coordination along with slow and proper punching drills & light cardio work.

The WHITE Phase is designed for intermediate kids. Here we begin to integrate more cardiovascular work into their training. The emphasis here is conditioning! In addition, speed and heavy bag work is integrated into the workouts.

The BLUE Phase is an advanced program. Upon learning the basics and getting in shape, students are introduced to team competitions, outside activities (field trips) and full use of our facility. "Get to BLUE & BCBA will make a CHAMP out of you!"
