Get Fit Not Hit ® is a registered program developed by Coach Ray Bettinelli in early 2000! It utilizes the proven training techniques from both Boxing & Martial Arts. It is a high paced, fun packed Cross Fitness Circuit Workoutdesigned to get results FAST without any of the risks that come with sparring or competition.

Our circuit routine moves you through a series of challenging exercises, drills and cardio stations designed to work every muscle group. This dynamic mix of drills & movements will challenge even the most advanced athlete! It's Fast, Fun and Guaranteed to whip you into shape!

Meet Kimberly McNeilly
A Lindenhurst native Kim lettered in both lacrosse and soccer at Lindenhurst High. Kim went on to excel at both sports in Division 3 New Paultz. Now a dedicated mother of three, Kim still plays soccer in the Long Island Soccer League with women as young as 26! She knows firsthand how the daily grind of balancing work with being a mother, can take its toll on one’s condition.

Tapping her inner champion as an elite athlete, Kim has battled through the adversities so many women have had to endure; adversatives that if not met head on will take their toll on ones physical and mental wellness.

It is with that same spirit that Coach Kim will lead our Get Fit Not Hit Program here at BCBA. This will be exclusively for women by women and provide a space where they can Train, Tone and Talk!
